Holiday finishing clinics
Clinics will take place in the School Holidays in April, July and in the Last week in January - leading up to the Football season.
All players will gain confidence in a range of areas in their football game focusing on the final third of the park. They will learn numerous skills in specific key areas related to scoring goals. The Clinics will not only increase players on field rate of scoring goals, but will also increase the number of goal scoring opportunities they will achieve in each game. The players understanding and knowledge of when and how to make runs in the box will also improve dramatically as a result of attending our clinic. Regardless of where the player regularly plays. Striking, Heading, one v one, runs in the box, decision making and body positioning will all be addressed.
This will be accompanied by a high intensity Goalkeepers Clinic, that will give keepers specific training geared towards game based scenarios.

Chippers Finishing School Academy
Chippers Finishing School Academy will run on Thursday and Friday afternoons and be a 10 week (school term) intensive 1 and a half hour, skill specific session. It will be a group based training training session. Chippers Academy will focus on technique and decision making in and around the box. Players will gain valuable feedback and experience in vital goal scoring skills and techniques required to become more clinical in game situations.
Chippers Academy will also include goal keepers specific training, that will be taken by the best goal keeper coaches in the region. Video recording analysis platforms will be utilised for player feedback and improvement purposes. Members of Chipper's Academy will also receive fitness programs and nutrition education to take their football to the next level.
We are taking on goal keepers for all Clinics and Academies. How often do keepers go to training and participate in sessions that are 100% focused on that area of the park? Very rarely if at all. At Chippers Finishing school, keepers will be in the thick of the action all the time whilst receiving specific goal keeper tips and feedback from the best goal keeper coaches in the region. Goal keepers will also be identified for specific pathways and opportunities.

1 on 1 training
Players will be guided through individual training sessions focused on player appropriate, individualised programs. We will identify the specific skill base the player requires work on, through a specialised survey and performance appraisal. Through this intensive specific training approach, the outcome for the player will be an increase in knowledge, understanding and performance in that specific skill.
Scott Chipperfield will assess and prepare programs for the each and every individual, analyse performance through digitally recorded sessions and give specific measurable feedback, resulting in ultimately more goals and contributions to your team, where it counts.
We will also include fitness programs and nutrition advice in our one on one programming.
Our coaches will be attending regional clubs, both grass roots and representative level. We will conduct seminars on goal scoring to improve the knowledge and skill level of coaches.
In the current coach education model, there is little education on goal scoring specific sessions. We have identified this area as necessary for the improvement of football in Australia at all levels. It is definitely a great opportunity for Clubs to be pro-active and improve their coaching ranks. The saying, talent identification is often misused, as so many will offer pathways that are non-existent. At Chippers Finishing School we have clear player pathways and talent identification structures in place with links to many global Clubs and agents. Scott Chipperfield himself, will be the main talent identification scout. As a player manager/agent he will facilitate trials and negotiations for players in Europe. Do you have the attitude, passion and skill set to become a professional?
